My name is Susie Quiroz and I am a musician and portrait photographer from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I began shooting portraits in 2007, greatly inspired by the avant garde world of fashion photography. My experience grew as I expanded my horizons to product advertisement, band and artist promos, and travel imagery. Through Northeast Technology Center, I completed a 2-year certification in video production, but my passion is still deeply rooted in portrait photography. I have had the privilege of doing photo work in Ireland, collaborating with Turkish fashion designer Pinar Eris (whose work originally inspired me to become a photographer), and have had my photos published in the book Tiny Homes by Lloyd Khan and on the cover of EdibleTulsa magazine. The earth and humanity are both subjects I am continually inspired by and grateful to document. Every human face holds a story and I would be honored to tell yours through both raw and captivating imagery.
